Even when I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment today, I couldn't find anyone to help me at the service desk Then a very nice, new hire (1st day) tried to find me help. After 5 minutes, a man I knew from previous service appts appears. I could see that he was hurrying as fast as he could to finish up with other clients, but he checked me in quickly and Smoothly. My oil change made a big difference in how smoothly the engine was running too! Thanks!

I live in Indiana and drove to Vidalia GA to visit my mom. I had an emergency with my Ford Explorer that could have been a disaster. However, Martrell and Tommy of the service department went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road. They even had me come back to double check everything before I left. Brandon at Paul Thigpen was a gem to deal with after not having the best experience with Woody Folsom Ford or their Jeep/Dodge dealerships two days in a row. I hate being told one thing and then driving 2 hours only to find out the sold what I was specifically going there for.
